Pole to Podium™ board game, activations, and competitions.

All Services are provided for general commercial, operational, or informational purposes.

3. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

• Changes will take effect upon publication
• Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms

4. Access to Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use our Services, subject to:

• Compliance with these Terms
• Applicable laws and regulations

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Syclonic
• If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable
• Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver

Any claim arising from these Terms must be brought within one (1) year of occurrence.
